Generally. You shall be solely responsible for any and all of your User Content or User Content that is submitted through your Account, and the consequences of, and requirements for, distributing it.
With Respect to User Submissions. You acknowledge and agree that:

9. NO SPAM; LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

You acknowledge you have read, understand and agree to be bound by Myquoteengine’s Anti-Spam Policy referenced above and available here. You agree Myquoteengine may immediately terminate any Account which it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email.
